Poor follow through on multiple level. I had to reach out to the sales person, Brian, multiple times, as well as sales manager to provide a second key and to fix a tail light on a used ve I had to reach out to the sales person, Brian, multiple times, as well as sales manager to provide a second key and to fix a tail light on a used vehicle I bought. It was like pulling teeth to actually get them to follow through. When you were calling, the sales department is rare, they answer the phone, same thing with the service department. Most dealerships makes their money not so much on the sale of a car, but providing the services. Not a good start to a relationship. More
