"Worst Experience with Leith Nissan"
I bought Toyota Camry 2011 from Leith Nissan of Cary on Jul 27th. i had a worst experience with them on the customer relationship front.
At first, I saw the car with Johna Steed. We went on a Saturday evening just 20 mins before the closing time. Since it was a closing a time, Johna didn't treated us well. Actually we went with the mindset of purchasing the car. When we started speaking about the price, She didn't even took us to the office and after the test drive just near the parking lot she said she has 2 kids and want to go home and she don't have time to hassle with the prices and she cut off the conversation in a more rude manner. Though it is a closing time, she could have said that in a more subtle manner and asked us to come on next day but the way she treated us was never expected. I am an Asian and I personally felt it was a kind of racist treatment I had. I discussed about this issue to Shannon Mc Dougall on the day of purchase and she promised me that they will take appropriate actions on it. I hope at least this should not happen to any other customer.
After all this happened, I thought I should never go back to Leith Nissan. But after two days, one of my friend suggested the same car with different Associate called Quincy Steele. He was so helpful and finally I purchased the same car from the same showroom. But unfortunately, Quincy steele broke my mobile on the day of purchase by mistake. He agreed to pay off for the repair. So I left for the day and after 2 weeks, I sent the actual receipt($98.98) for the mobile repair to Quincy. But I didn't get proper response. When ever I called him from my mobile number, he don't pick up the call or call back to my number again. But If I call from another unknown number, he ended up in taking the call and saying that Cheque was sent and I will be getting in few days. I tried approaching the Leith Nissan Customer care multiple times for escalating this issue but I never got proper response from anybody.
Finally after multiple conversations with different associates, I was asked to send the receipt again on 8/23 by Wayne hunter. I am waiting for my cheque now. None of the associate has spoken to me gently to address my issue. I felt embarrassed in few calls because of the way they hung up the calls. This created a lot of stress in me. The cost involved in the repair is a big amount for me and my family.
Finally It took 1 whole month to address my issue. I personally don't refer this dealership to my friends in future.
The most important thing is , My phone even after the repair (done in Prometric Wireless) gives me lot of troubles in the touch screen response and I got to know that this cant be fixed at all and I have to live with this trouble until I replace my phone.

Quincy was very responsive respectful and made me laugh even when I asked all kinds of questions! I'd semd anyone who asked me too deal with him!

I recently purchased a Murano with a trade-in from Quincy Steele. I can't say enough wonderful things about him. I do not enjoy the car buying process at all. Quincy made the experience PAINLESS. He is an advocate for the buyer. There was no going back and forth on price. I feel I received a great deal and I would definitely recommend this dealership and especially Quincy.
