Quinn was awesome and made this experience great! Highly recommend him and Crain Kia of Conway. They delivered my vehicle to me at my work place and let me sign papers while they were here! Started an oil consumption test on my Kia Optima. Upon return for first 1000 mile checkup, they topped off the oil and said that they had forgotten to record the mileage when they originally changed the o return for first 1000 mile checkup, they topped off the oil and said that they had forgotten to record the mileage when they originally changed the oil. Upon my return for the 2nd 1000 mile checkup, they suddenly came up with a record of the original oil change, but no mileage for the first checkup. So now, they're saying I've gone over 2,000 miles between checkups. It's no big deal other than now, it's gonna take longer to get this test done. More

Great experience! Quinn was fantastic!! They were fast and had everything ready for me so I was in and out. He showed me options I didn’t even know I could do. Went in for a used car and was able to leave and had everything ready for me so I was in and out. He showed me options I didn’t even know I could do.
