I can honestly say, Melanie Lucero was the most professional sales person I worked with. I also appreciated that she was not trying to force me into a car, but focused more on service. First, she made sure the vehicle was a good fit for me and my family and second, she ensured that it was show room ready. Many other dealers will sell you a used vehicle "As-Is" and that is exactly what you get. Melanie made sure that our Expedition was as nice as possible before we left the building, paying attention to every detail. Great job. I will look to Melanie for help on any future vehicles. More

Rebolloso LISTENED to the particulars of our situation, and assisted us in getting financing. He went out of his way to work with us and respect the confines of our budget. He placed us in the capable and caring hands of Melanie Lucero. What a joy to work with someone so knowledgeable and compassionate. She was patient with all my questions (hundreds of them!),answered them honestly, and devoted her time and attention to walking us through our options and guiding us to make the best decision possible on our pre-owned certified 2014 Ford Taurus! Art Ontiveros was thorough in explaining our financing and helped us add an additional service maintenance plan, which gives me peace of mind considering I had previously driven cars that were 15-20 years old and required a lot of money to maintain. --- Would I recommend Sam Pack's 5 Star Ford....ABSOLUTELY. David Keen was the most helpful, courteous, and extremely out going car salesman that I have ever been associated with. I will never buy another vehicle from anyone but David. He went out of his way to make sure that I was happy and satisfied with my purchase. And he went above and beyond the call of duty by taking care of a few minor problems with the vehicle, that he did not have to do. David and RJ, the service manager were exemplary in the manner they assisted me, making my purchase a very, very, pleasureable experience. Why I gave David, RJ, and Sam Pack's Ford in Carrollton the rating that I did is simple--complete and total satisfaction from start to finish.
