I wired a down payment on Thursday, completed the paperwork the following day, Friday morning, therefore completing the purchase. I was not given my vehicle on Friday, nor Saturday. I stopped by on Saturday after bring told I could not take the vehicle to inspect the vehicle, I performed a visual inspection on CCTV in front of the used car sales office. I was told I could not take the vehicle on Monday, and that I would have to rent a vehicle to drive back home. After I rented the vehicle and started driving home, they said the vehicle was finally ready, so I had to return my rental, and ask them to prepare my paperwork copies, which included my warranty, because they had not provided any copies of my paperwork. I took my copies and headed home. THE NEXT DAY I REALIZED THEY HAD CHANGED OUT THE TRUCK TAILGATE, AND SENT ME HOME WITH A TAILGATE THAT HAD A LARGE DENT IN IT. I WOULD HAVE NEVER THOUGHT THEY WOULD CHANGE A COMPONENT OUT ON THE VEHICLE THAT WAS SHOWN TO ME ON SATURDAY, WHICH I DROVE HOME MONDAY. VERY SHADY, AND COMPLETELY UNTRUSTWORTHY! UNPROFESSIONAL AND THE SALESMAN GREGORY TURNED OUT TO BE VERY RUDE. I WILL CONTINUE TO WRITE THIS REVIEW ON AS MANY SITES AS POSSIBLE. More
