It took over 3 months to replace a sensor on my wheel. Over the period of three months I tried to contact them (6 calls, four messages) check on the status of parts. Of those four messages left only 1 phone call was returned. They never called me with an update. Dropped my car off in the morning and didn't hear anything back from them all day. Finally got hold of them at almost 5 and was told, sorry we ordered the wrong part your car wont be ready today. We can get it first thing in the morning. Asked about a loaner and was told, we don't have any. No questions about needing assistance or trying to help get home from work. No call the next day so finally called them at 4:40pm and was told it was ready. Overall I'm still a fan of Kia cars but will not be returning to Southern when I buy my next one. More

The parking lot is too crowded.
