Absolutely awful service. Purchased 5 vehicles there and was great until about 2022. Purchased a vehicle over 2 years ago with the promise of a hitch- still don't have it on. Doing a 1 star rating, because I can not do a zero rating. If this was for the service that was render on Jun 10th for 1 recall and I anti theft software. I am still waiting for my multiples messages for a call back. Upon getting a call at 530pm on the 10th .. saying your vehicle is ready, but hurry up we close at 6 pm. Luckily I leave 15 minutes away. The very next day the engine light came on my 2012 Kia Sorento. I immediately went in person spoke to your service representative who went and spoke to the service department about the issue. Came back and give me a 26th Jun appointment. Went on the evening of the 25th, was informed that the computers has been hacked a week ago and was unable to get my vehicle checked. No phone calls , text email about this. I left 3 messages and not a single call back. Here it is a month later, engine light still on,my vehicle was giving me some hesitation and had to go to a local mechanic to get it looked at and possibility and money coming out of my pocket for a issue that I didn't have until I had those 2 services done. Please feel free to contact me if you are willing to reimburse me of any out of pocket expenses. More
