Rachael joined our parts department as an Internet Parts Consultant, after 10 plus years in the industry as an auto mechanic. Rachael's love of automotive started from a very young age. "My dad owned a garage when I was growing up in Colchester and I worked there. This is where my passion for Automotive took off." Rachael took automotive and machine tool classes in school and then worked at a local shop in Norwich. Rachael loves making good relationships with her customers and helping out in any way that she can. She also restores old cars and trucks as a hobby, and loves going to car shows and races.

Great experience leasing a 2022 Subaru Forester. Tim Harris (salesperson) was excellent from our first meeting to our delivery. Kept me informed all the way. came in last minute near closing time on a friday desperate to repair a piece of trim that got ripped off as i misnavigated my turn and both sean and rachel were unbelievable! they hooked up the part desperate to repair a piece of trim that got ripped off as i misnavigated my turn and both sean and rachel were unbelievable! they hooked up the parts needed asap and popped it back together. this is not the first time i have had a great experience with them. and sean never stops smiling while always being pleasant. hard to find good and pleasant customer service anymore. i hope you never lose them. what assests to this business. Rachael did everything she could to try and assist me I returned to this dealership out of desperation. I bought my car in 2014 and the very day that I took delivery, the rear-view mirror fell off. From 2 I returned to this dealership out of desperation. I bought my car in 2014 and the very day that I took delivery, the rear-view mirror fell off. From 2014 up until present, that mirror has been re-attached four times. (this car has had many issues regarding interior parts) Rachael, tried very hard to find a solution to this upsetting issue. She spent a lot of time with me and I know she wanted to help. In the end, Rackael gave me contact information for an autoglass specialist. I am going to trust the autoglass specialist on this one. More
