I had an absolutely horrendous experience with Beaverton Kia that felt like a cruel prank. This dealership adamantly refuses to facilitate remote purchases, completely disregarding options like using a mobi Kia that felt like a cruel prank. This dealership adamantly refuses to facilitate remote purchases, completely disregarding options like using a mobile notary or finding ways to verify signatures for buyers who live outside the vicinity. This is beyond frustrating as I have successfully conducted remote real estate transactions from across the country! Their lack of customer service and refusal to adapt to modern methods is truly astonishing. I strongly urge everyone to stay clear of this dealership and their deceptive "Express Online Purchase" claim, as it's nothing more than a well-executed scam. More

Pretty disappointed to learn that the pricing listed on their own website was not accurate - they forgot to add the outrageous "market adjustment" gouging. The "lock-in the Lanphere Price" is pretty useles their own website was not accurate - they forgot to add the outrageous "market adjustment" gouging. The "lock-in the Lanphere Price" is pretty useless - they would not honor their own advertised price (full MSRP) BTW. Even more disappointing that you have to jump through hoops of poor communication (email, online chat, and phone calls) before they tell you "someone" simply made a typo. Wasted time! More

Working with Rachel for the ideal car for myself was a smooth transaction! It was a transaction that took about two weeks. I already have a NIRO Hybrid, but then saw the 2020 EV and instantly loved it. Ho smooth transaction! It was a transaction that took about two weeks. I already have a NIRO Hybrid, but then saw the 2020 EV and instantly loved it. However, my husband wanted to keep our options open to look at other EVs. Which eventually I went back to the NIRO EV. She was patient, professional and always willing to answer any questions we had. Even on her day off, she came into work to help us close the deal on the NIRO EV. She made sure we had all the paperwork ready so our visit to the dealership wasn't over an hour. I will definitely go back to KIA and work with Rachel for our next car! More
