I had a relatively good experience. I like the people and I was in and out as about as quickly as anyone could expect. They took care of me and kept me updated throughout the ordering and buying process of m I was in and out as about as quickly as anyone could expect. They took care of me and kept me updated throughout the ordering and buying process of my new truck and shot me a fair trade in price on my existing vehicle. The only Dissatisfaction I have is when my new truck came with a Tonneau cover I did not care for, I asked them to trade it out for a different one or buy it back for me in exchange for another one and they wouldn’t. They sold me an additional tonneau cover so now I have two and I have to figure out how to get rid of the other one More

Justin Smallfield and team are the best. He listen to me uninterrupted, and meet my every need. A few days after the original purchase I stopped in to drop off a few items and he still took the time to visi uninterrupted, and meet my every need. My experience with their car dealing service was unprofessional and inefficient. On day 1 I was approved for a car and with no issues on the financial side and drove home with my car. 3 weeks later unprofessional and inefficient. On day 1 I was approved for a car and with no issues on the financial side and drove home with my car. 3 weeks later I get a phone call saying they found something that disqualifies me from signing a contract with them. As I try to refinance with a different bank, I keep getting calls from them saying if I can down pay 1 grand in one day, I can keep my car, but with a higher monthly payment. The next day they kept calling and texting saying if I cannot come up with the money, they will need the car back. I felt pressured and harassed but they are expecting me to gather money in short notice. I decided to return the car, but then again, they kept going with the calls trying to still get me to come up with the down payment. Their services was not thorough with doing my credit checks. This was something that should have been found on day 1 when I handed them all my paperwork. They are also unprofessional calling and harassing me every day about taking the car away when I did not make the down payment. One of the representatives, Jessica Gitch, was one the calling me. While trying to talk to her to understand my situation, she yelled at me saying she’s putting in more effort than I am, so she will just come get the car. More
