I felt very well taken care of even though I wasn't looking to buy a new Mercedes. When the time came to purchase, I felt Gwen worked hard to give me the most for my trade and worked with me on the price. I have purchased 4 vehicles over my lifetime at other dealerships and I have always dreaded the process. I can say that this was the least stressful by far, and I enjoyed it.
