Dealership was unable to diagnose my car after 3 attempts; yet, they charged me for multiple fixes that didn’t work. Initially I was told that I would have to pay to get my brakes checked based on them being serviced by you all. Refused. The attendant left me sitting in my car for a long time that 3 individuals notice an brakes checked based on them being serviced by you all. Refused. The attendant left me sitting in my car for a long time that 3 individuals notice and asked if I needed assistance. 2nd time coming in. Then was told the problem was the back breaks now when they should have informed me at the time front breaks was in need of change. Change front and back and was still having same problems. So was told faulty front breaks. Changed. No charge. Currently having the same problem. Called forward to the assistant left message and so far it’s been 2 days no call back. Requested manager but was told unavailable and would give me a callback and that was 2 days ago and still returned call from manager. More

Came in for a tire rotation and oil change. They did the oil change but did not rotate my tires because they couldn’t find the lug nut.
