I asked to fix the gap on the hood. They just adjusted the rubber stopper which I can always do myself. The fix should be aligning the hood latch. They lied to me about when my vehicle would be ready. My tire blew out on the 440 and I drove in as they were closing. They confirmed that they had the tire, but could not remove one of the bolts for som My tire blew out on the 440 and I drove in as they were closing. They confirmed that they had the tire, but could not remove one of the bolts for some reason. I don't know why: it's supposed to be a full service auto body shop. They promised the service department opened at 7:30 am and that my car would be ready by 8 am. It was supposed to be a very simple job. It's now 9 am and my car is not ready. I've had the service department hang up on me and be disrespectful. Totally unprofessional and yet predictable. They always lie about when cars will be resdy. More
