Thank you for providing this feedback, as we will always strive to be the best. Honda's do not come from the factory with a transmission filter. Therefore no filter was needed to change. The best way to keep your transmission clean is simply keep the transmission oil/fluid clean and replacing oil/fluids regularly. Thank you.
