Excellent place I am a happy Honda owner, I take my car every 3months to be serviced, every time I arrive , I am greeted by friendly and caring workers. The service Dept are very kind and helpful to my needs for my car. I recently needed oil change,tire replacement, and bought new seat covers and were very helpful to put them on for me. AGAIN I SAY WHAT A EXCELLENT PLACE TO BE PART OF!!!! More

Great customer service! Friendly & knowledgeable staff with speedy service. I went in at the end of my work shift and mentioned to the staff that I was kind of in a crunch wi Friendly & knowledgeable staff with speedy service. Disappointing I made an appointment to have the airbag recall issue taken care of. I drove an hour and 10 minutes from my house. I had the shuttle drop me off nearb I made an appointment to have the airbag recall issue taken care of. I drove an hour and 10 minutes from my house. I had the shuttle drop me off nearby and 20 minutes later, I received a call saying they didn’t have the part in stock. They should’ve known that the night before and could’ve called me and let me know in advance to save me a long trip for no reason. It took the shuttle an hour and a half to pick me up vs 15-20 minutes they told me. I called several times to check on the shuttle, and each time was told they would be there shortly. A very disappointing experience overall...will not go there again. More
