Rachelle is great to work with and I rate her 5 stars. The only issue I have is the loaner program. I have some expensive repairs that will take at least a day and there have been no loaner cars available The only issue I have is the loaner program. I have some expensive repairs that will take at least a day and there have been no loaner cars available for months and months. Oh... and I keep getting promotions from Honda America, trying to get me to go to Rock Honda to get service there even though I have only brought my Accord to Spreen Honda since 2010. I know that services can be different, but I checked with Rock Honda and my last service on the breaks would have been about $50 cheaper at Rock Honda even though I am a loyal customer at Spreen and am supposed to be getting the highest loyalty discount. More
