They are great when you are in person, but unresponsive to calls. I did not receive a response to the text messages I sent for several days. (They prefer text to communicate). They also let me know (on the 4th day they had my car) that if they couldn’t find anything wrong with it, I would have to pay for the loaner. I was never told this info, nor was it in the loaner agreement. Thankful to be able to switch service appointments to a different dealership because my car is still under warranty! More

I am a senior citizen I can't keep coming in for oil chance I cannot afford it trying to be loyal customer. More
