We like the new car, we like the dealer (service), we like the salesman, but it should not take 2-1/2 hours to return a lease and walk out the door with a new car when the returned car was leased at the like the salesman, but it should not take 2-1/2 hours to return a lease and walk out the door with a new car when the returned car was leased at the same dealership. Of the 2-1/2 hour clock time, perhaps 15-20 minutes was spent in actual conversation with the salesman. Yes, it was Saturday am, but we arrived at 9am and literally spent hours waiting for whatever it was that was needed to get the transaction done. The process needs to improve!! More
