Malachiwills1707. I've done the research about your situation and what I learned is you visited the dealership 6 times and on purchase day it was the 3rd time seeing this particular vehicle. I learned that each time you 'asked' for more money off and more for the trade. When it came time for delivery you complained about rock chips on the hood and again asked for more money off or to have the hood repainted. Rafael (our General Manager) gave you the option of taking the vehicle as is, as it was priced on it current condition or canceling the contract completely. You were not deceived. Our process is very transparent and not the typical dealership that hard closes customers. We're sorry you are unhappy but used vehicles will have blemishes and clearly you did know about these.

We do feel the inflation just as you do and it is worth noting that we do price shop the other local shops to make sure we stay competitive with our pricing and we found many of the 'instant oil change' places charge even more.
