I was looking for a zero-interest car. While researching online, I came across the Mitsubishi Outlander and sent a message. Rafal, a sales representative from Biggers Mitsubishi, responded While researching online, I came across the Mitsubishi Outlander and sent a message. Rafal, a sales representative from Biggers Mitsubishi, responded very kindly to my message. The next day, we went to see the car. Rafal's very friendly and honest approach, along with the good price, convinced me, but the price still seemed high. Joe, the sales manager, personally came and honestly explained how much discount they could offer on the price. He said they could offer $2000 more for my old car than the price currently in the market, which was a very good deal. However, since we couldn't agree on the price initially, we left from there and started researching another car. But Rafal continued to keep in touch with us with very kind messages. We found another car at a different dealership. When we went there, the sales representative kept us waiting for a long time and despite our discussions and agreement on buying the car with 0% interest, they tried to sell us the car with interest and did not behave in a friendly manner at all. Not even a smile once. My spouse and I immediately decided to leave from there. We promptly called Rafal and told him that we wanted to buy the car. For the Mitsubishi car, they offer a 10-year warranty and 7-year warranty against rust. With an honest sales manager, a friendly sales representative, and the warranties offered for the car, we bought our car. Moreover, the payments will start after 90 days. What can I say?
