I was looking for a vehicle that is hard to find and I wanted one fairly new with low miles and my internet search brought up only 2 within 250 miles of me. I called this dealership and spoke with Arnold (salesperson) and arranged a day and time to check out this vehicle. In the meanwhile I found out that the car didn't have an option that I thought I needed. The next morning of the appointment Arnold called me back and when I told him about the option (GPS) I needed he explained that the Apply CarPlay will show my GPS. Well I did some research and found out he was CORRECT. I felt bad that I missed my time slot so I told them I would now come but they are 90 minutes away. I also called the other dealership and let them know I would be in there area (8 miles apart). I asked both dealerships to charge up the HV battery so I can test the EV function of the PHEV. I arrived and was greeted at the door by Rafal (aka Raf) who told me that Arnold was busy and I also met Joe a very nice fellow who was the manager. Joe insured that Raf pulled the car into the service bay so I could look over car without the bother of the rain outside. I took it for a drive and it was what I was looking for. To be a prudent shopper I did inform them of the other dealership that had comparable vehicle and I went there and although the vehicle was cheaper it wasn't spotless as Biggers and the service there was horrible and they didn't even charge the HV battery. I went back to Biggers and told them what I found at the other dealership and without haggling, games or fanfare Joe made me a very fair offer and I bought the vehicle. They then insisted on detailing car again (it was raining), filled up the gas tank and when I told them I wanted to order all weather floor mats they threw them into the deal. To say I absolutely hate going to dealerships to buy cars is an understatement so much it has been 7 years since last purchase but Biggers really has change my mind and experience about dealerships. I was in and out fairly quick with new license plates (not temp tags) with everything I needed.. If you are in the market I would highly suggest you check out Biggers and speak to Joe and Raf (or Arnold) and see what they have to offer for you. More
