After spending several hours there on the day that I purchased my car. Also, the next day when I was to pick up my vehicle.. I was promised….due to my extended wait time of 3hrs, I was promised to have purchased my car. Also, the next day when I was to pick up my vehicle.. I was promised….due to my extended wait time of 3hrs, I was promised to have my car detailed and topped off with gas when I returned for them to complete my inspection and replace my tires. I didn’t, Although I had an appointment they still took the entire day, returned my car filthy with the exact amount of gas. I’m a bit disappointed in driving off the lot on a near empty tank and filthy car inside and out. More

Dealership knew that I was coming to test drive a vehicle and did not even detail the vehicle. The vehicle was disgusting. Beige leather seats were brown and you could feel the grim on surfaces throughout th and did not even detail the vehicle. The vehicle was disgusting.
