Sometimes this means a lot of extra attention, especially if a potential customer lives out of state. When not at work, Ralph and his wife enjoy spending time together. It was a very positive experience. I was able to come in and within a few hours, I left with the automobile I wanted at a fair price. Scott also took the time to set up some of the personal settings in my X and within a few hours, I left with the automobile I wanted at a fair price. Scott also took the time to set up some of the personal settings in my X5. This is the fifth BMW my wife and I have purchased since 2003 and we will be back again in the future. More

My wife and I had a very pleasant buying experience at Flemmington BMW. We found all of the employees to be friendly and smiling, even if they were not dealing with you. Ralph was very helpful with the presale communications via email and the phone. He was professional and easy to deal with. We received a fair price for our trade in and a great price on the vehicle we purchased. Aubrey, while busy on a Saturday afternoon, stayed in constant contact with us as we went through the sales process. Great personality and a pleasure to do business with. Buying a car can be a time consuming experience. In this case, it was not. We appreciate the no nonsense and speed in closing the deal. We highly recommend this dealership. More

He was patient in working with me, answered all my questions and was responsive and professional. My CA was Gerry Vaughan. He was the definition of a professional salesman. He knew his product, was polite and personable and resolved some minor issues on my CPO purchase to my satisfaction. If you need a BMW go to see these guys if you want a good experience.
