It was a pleasure working with her and Ralph Harper. This is my first Tundra as I have always owned Ford F150s, I have been extremely pleased so far with no regrets. Everyone on the staff has treated me respect and they do what they tell you they are going to do. I have dealt with Ryan Way in the service dept. on a couple of issues and he went above and beyond satisfying me with my service needs. More

Ralph Harper is the best!!! He made sure I got the vehicle I wanted and gave us a great price. They didn't have the RAV4 that I wanted and Ralph worked very hard to find exactly what I wanted. We live in Aiken, SC and had been looking for a Avalon for awhile. We found a new Avalon on Autotrader.com and liked the price we saw. I called Lugoff Toyota and had the pleasure of speaking with a very for awhile. We found a new Avalon on Autotrader.com and liked the price we saw. I called Lugoff Toyota and had the pleasure of speaking with a very energetic lady named Jennifer. I told her what we found on line and asked if it was in stock she said yes. We drove 1 1/2 hours to the dealership to test drive this car. Jennifer help answer our questions and was such a pleasure to do business with. When we arrived we were met with friendly smiling faces eager to help. We ended up purchasing a very nice Avalon at a good price. I went to Lugoff Toyota to purchase a late model, slightly used Tacoma truck for me and a new Rav4 with all the bells and whistles for my wife. The used car Mgr., Ralph Harper, greeted me at the doo slightly used Tacoma truck for me and a new Rav4 with all the bells and whistles for my wife. The used car Mgr., Ralph Harper, greeted me at the door and found me a really clean 2013 Tacoma with only 16,000 miles on it. Exactly what I wanted for my local use. He turned me over to Ms. Alicia Martin of the new car sales staff. Ms. Martin found me a beautiful 2013, new, fully loaded, top of the line Rav4 that I purchased for my wife and to use when we travel, which is quite often. Ms. Martin stayed over three hours past normal closing time and so did Jennifer McElveen and Erika McFarland who handled all the financing paperwork. I paid cash the next day for the Tacoma and drove it home and, while there, took ownership of the financed (about 12 hours turnaround for Erika McFarland to have completed approval, paperwork process) Rav4. The next day Alicia Martin delivered the new Rav4 to my home and thoroughly briefed this old guy on all the features (mechanical, electrical, and digital) this vehicle has. My overall buying experience can be rated as excellent because from when I walked in the door to the final home delivery of the Rav4 I was treated to a friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable staff who catered to my every need and answered all my questions to my complete satisfaction. Toyota of Lugoff recently underwent a grounds and building renovation, increased their on site inventory tremendously, and have a complete service department with certified Toyota mechanics. Lugoff, SC is not a big town but it has a heckuva Toyota dealership. Come visit Lugoff and see for yourself. You won't be disappointed. W. Moore Lugoff, SC More

Alicia Martin was one of the sweetest salespeople I have ever encountered. I didn't feel pressured at all. She was very friendly and went out of her way to make my buying experience a REAL pleasure. She answered all my questions and was very honest and personable. She and Mr. Harper worked their magic and were able to make me "an offer I couldn't refuse!" :) with an excellent trade-in value for my car which completely amazed me. I had already done research and had a good idea of the market value of my car. I was totally blown away and wound up buying the new car on the spot....and I had originally come in just to look at a red vehicle I had noticed on a prior visit. This was the first vehicle I have purchased from Lugoff Toyota...but you can bet I will be back. I had been bringing the old car in for service for many years and had grown to know and trust Perry for his outstanding professionalism, honesty, and guidance in keeping it running well. The team at this dealership is amazing and I highly recommend them!! More

My sales consultants (Jennifer and Merriska) were very friendly and helpful. Quality of work by the shop was less than OK but not bad. I purchase a used car and when I got home and checked the air pressure in the tires - three of the tires were low - less than 30 PSI (low tire pressure sensor on in car) - the forth tire had over 60 PSI (maxed out my gauge). I was fortunate not have damage or destroy the tire on my drive home. The price of the car was good, but the dealer added fees were excessive. I should have reviewed each line item before I agreed to the final price. Before you agree to the final number review each line item on the price sheet. Watch out for the $500 dealer fee. Also, the aggressive nature in which they push their service plans and other dealer services was time consuming and pushy. Would not take NO for an answer. More

Trevor, our sales representative, was an absolute professional who proved loyalty to both his employer and us, the consumer. This is a difficult task, however, he managed to pull it off. Trevor and Erika were impeccable during the financing portion of the vehicle. All paperwork was properly and expertly handled. Both Ralph and Matt also represented the dealership with pride and were right there ready to give any explanations, if needed, or simply there to just hold a conversation with you while waiting. The dealership shows a genuine concern for the people they service and I highly recommend making your next purchase there.
