This is the fifth Toyota Camry I have purchased from Lugoff Toyota. I have always been happy with the service I get from these folks, but this time they realy took it to another level. It was quite simply the most satisfying car-buying experience I have ever had--and I've been buying cars since 1962. The entire experience, which took no more than two hours from walk-in-the-door to look to walk-out-the-door a buyer, was more like a long cup of coffee with an old friend. And the main reason for this was the comfortable, yet professional, demeanor of Ira Thomas. This young man is remarkable. I can honestly say he had more top-of-the-mind knowledge of the actual product than any salesman I have ever encountered. He answered every question in clear detail so that after a 30-minute conversation I knew which car I wanted. The only thing left was to negotiate price. And here's where the next level of management stepped in. A quick meeting with Matt Baker assured me of a satisfactory outcome, which was quickly aided by Ralph Harper, who actually sold me the car I was trading in. To be honest, Ralph was the main reason I came back again to Lugoff. My experience with him last time was a definite bring-you-back moment. Ralph is the kind of valuable player for any organization who is very low key but is always the guy who makes the pieces fit in the end. So I am very happy with my fifth Camry from Lugoff. But I am even more pleased with the actual friendship I now have with Ira and Ralph. Make no mistake, folks, this young man Ira Thomas is one of a kind, and I hope Lugoff does everything in its power to keep him in the family. He makes the whole car buying experience a genuine pleasure. As a customer of Lugoff, I could not be happier. And I will tell everyone I know about it. More

This car was dented on the front right side when a truck backed up into it while in the dealership lot. The collision damaged the entire front area above the right tire and a litte of the passenger door. Bu backed up into it while in the dealership lot. On top of that, they INCREASED the price of the vehicle, instead of lowering it. Shady business practice, in my opinion, makes you wonder what other sneaky things they do when no one's looking. I WOULD NOT recommend them to anybody. More

The moment I drove on Lugoff Toyota sale lot ,I was greeted by Tyrone Davis, very friendly and professionally with answers to questions asked, since I am a lady and do not know too much about cars. After a no so pleasant experience at another dealership we decided to see if Lugoff Toyota could earn our business. At the dealership, Ms Mcelveen introduced us to Ms. Martin who answered our questions showed exactly the vehicle we wanted. She was professional, courteous and working with her was a pleasure.
