Buying a car can be extremely stressful, but Ralph made sure that it was a comfortable, stress-free experience. As someone who is younger than most car buyers, it can often be difficult to find a sales representative who will take you seriously and not automatically decide that you're not going to be able to purchase a vehicle. Ralph is the exception. He went above and beyond all expectations to make sure that I was able to leave with not only a good car, but a car that I will continue to enjoy for years to come. Ralph and all of the staff I worked with made a lifetime buyer out of me. I can't recommend Subaru of Kennesaw highly enough and plan to remain a customer of the dealership for any vehicle purchases in the future. More

Great customer care during my visit I recently took my Subaru Forester in for its 30K scheduled maintenance . When I arrived, I was greeted by Exton, my customer service representative. I recently took my Subaru Forester in for its 30K scheduled maintenance . When I arrived, I was greeted by Exton, my customer service representative. My plan was to wait for my car even though I knew it would be a longer than usual service time (since it was a thorough system check and service at 30K miles). After checking me in, Exton discovered that it was going to be a bit longer than I thought and offered me the use of a loaner car for the day. This made it possible for me to go on with my day while my car was being serviced. I appreciate them respecting my time and making the loaner car available at no charge. When I was called back for my car, the service findings were gone over with me in detail so that I have an idea of what to expect maintenance-wise on my next scheduled visit. I absolutely love my Subaru Forester, and I'm so glad that I have Subaru of Kennesaw as my service dealership . Thank you to Exton and the customer care team! More

I gotta say, Ralph just made the whole process easy, helping me figure out the best car for my needs & patiently waiting for me to get my act together to take the plunge. Louis was most kind and gave me a very nice price for my old car while Steve helped me decide the right way to protect my new investment without breaking the bank. None of these guys were remotely like the stereotypical car salesman we fear. And the icing on the cake is I have the best, safest new car on the road! More
