He never made us feel pressured to buy a car and always took our financial concerns into consideration. He worked diligently for weeks to find us a car that exceeded our expectations. He makes a huge effort to get to know you personally in the process as well. During our second car buying experience we reminisced on our passed experience, talked about family, shared wedding photos, and many laughs. Ralph was very knowledgeable and his low pressure approach to sales and his witty personality sold me. The finance guy Joseph was a great guy, a fellow veteran and I was pleased with his job skill.
