Ralph was very knowledgeable and his low pressure approach to sales and his witty personality sold me. The finance guy Joseph was a great guy, a fellow veteran and I was pleased with his job skill. After the purchase I met Liberty the service manager who impressed me with his honesty and knowledge of the Subaru. Thanks guys for a job well done. Your employees are what I call, Good Guys. More

In the busyness of life, buying a car can be a stressful event, but Ralph has the personality that is automatically soothing and reassuring. I never once doubted he had my best interests at heart and he truly cared that I made the right decision. He didn't rush me or pressure me at all. He encouraged me to make an informed decision and didn't deter me from going to other dealerships to drive other makes and models of similar sized cars. When I came back to Ralph I told him he knew I would be back and he said "no, I never take anything for granted."
