In the busyness of life, buying a car can be a stressful event, but Ralph has the personality that is automatically soothing and reassuring. I never once doubted he had my best interests at heart and he truly cared that I made the right decision. He didn't rush me or pressure me at all. He encouraged me to make an informed decision and didn't deter me from going to other dealerships to drive other makes and models of similar sized cars. When I came back to Ralph I told him he knew I would be back and he said "no, I never take anything for granted." If you need a solid foundation to build your car purchase decision on, I would highly recommend you start working with Ralph. I don't think there is a more honest, caring person on the planet. You'll never want to buy from anywhere else. After a night of celebration with some friends, I was still in the market for a new car and wasn't really expecting much when one of them said, "Well, After a night of celebration with some friends, I was still in the market for a new car and wasn't really expecting much when one of them said, "Well, we'll just stop by some dealerships on the way home." However, I had a wonderful buying experience here. After a few mins Ralph Kurland came out and talked to us and found what is now my new car.
