Ralph, my salesman, first listened to my needs and then provided the information I needed to make my buying decision. After three test drives (over two weeks) I ended up ordering just the car I wanted, at the price I wanted. Very friendly and not antagonistic in any way. It was actually fun doing business with them. My take-away from this dealer is: honesty and integrity. It was quite refreshing after dealing with over seven dealerships while narrowing done what I wanted. I love my new 2015 Legacy. Much better than any of the cars I test drove. Consider a Subaru - you'll be happy that you did. And give Subaru (and Ralph) your business. I know I will again, in the future. Stephen More
