As is famously true for many born in the Philadelphia area, I grew up here and never left. In my mid-twenties, decided to follow my passion for automobiles and applied for a sales position at a dealership in Exton. It was there that I found out how much I enjoy helping people through the process of buying a car. I discovered I have a gift for listening carefully and using that information to offer whatever level of guidance and advice my customers are seeking. I’ve been successful with that balanced approach, and because clients seem to appreciate it, I’m still doing that today.

I went there with great expectations and I got just that. They worked hard to get me into the car I wanted. Which was the M340i ! I had an approval in South Carolina at a Toyota dealership for the 2022 m3 ba They worked hard to get me into the car I wanted. Which was the M340i ! I had an approval in South Carolina at a Toyota dealership for the 2022 m3 base but the issue was that non of the paperwork like maintenance or warranty was transferable. BMW of west Chester did that for me I have a full warranty and happy with my purchase. I will definitely be buying my cars at bmw of west Chester . Ralph my sales man hands down was honest and open. He is definitely the man to go to. With many moons of experience! The show room was clean, they have coffee and snacks while you wait. I was in and out by the way approved Friday , scheduled pick up for Saturday. Best experience ever More

Bill has always been attentive and knowledgeable which is one of the reasons that I request him as my service manager. I likewise ask for Ralph for sales related questions.
