He went above and beyond to drive and inspect the vehicle for me to alert me of any issues this 11 year old car might have. Ralph assured me this was the one so I made the drive to Chattanooga. Not only was it exactly as Ralph described, but he also had it cleaned, detailed, and waiting on the showroom floor for me when I arrived. The dealership is excellent. This particular rating instrument, not so much fun. When I needed a new password, it made me start over from the beginning. So, other than that, I had a wonderful time buying this car. The car is amazing, but no more so than the people at the dealership who helped us. Starting with LaTonya White....a friendly and professional greeting. Delightful and easy conversation. While Ralph was busy with another customer, Fred showed us interesting details about the TX350. Met Justin, found he was from Memphis, and we had a brief conversation about Jazz and Blues, so well known from that city. Ralph made our buying a care an actual pleasure instead of the too often pressure cooker. We had none of that an it made purchasing the car all that much better. Ralph is not only a great salesman and an authentic one, but is simply a guy we would want to know no matter what. I look forward to many years of a fine relationship. When we signed the deal on the car, Jackson walked us patiently through some of the electronics involved. We are geezers, so he had his hands full with our ignorance . And great to be back in the more than capable hands of John Cate. Service is a vital thing for us living this far from a dealership. Seeing John Cate again was more than reassuring.
