I purchased a very luxurious used car at Lexus this weekend, and I have to say, that was by far the BEST car buying experience I've ever had. When we arrived for our test drive the vehicle was across weekend, and I have to say, that was by far the BEST car buying experience I've ever had. When we arrived for our test drive the vehicle was across the street at Toyota's used lot, and one of the salesmen literally ran across the street to get it for us. We had 2 vehicles to trade in for it and they were absolutely amazing at working with us on getting the 2nd one there. They even worked with us to get it there on the Monday following. Wade was our salesman, Josiah was our financial team member and Allie was the manager we dealt with. I couldn't have asked for a better team. They were very upfront, honest people. I didn't feel pushed or rushed. I felt like my business mattered to them but they wanted it to be my choice. Hands down the best ever team and experience. My husband and 17yr old son agree with me that we will do business with them form now on. There is so much more I could say about this, but I will leave it with one last thing....Cookies and mousepads! :) More
