Going the extra mile to help find the perfect car Faced with an un-certain future for my business because of COVID-19 impacts, I felt reluctant to get a new car even though my lease was up. Ralph did an incredible job with helping me lease a new ES350h Hybrid sports sedan. He patiently helped me try out an several models, discuss used models or buying out my current lease, and considering other options. While other dealers pushed what they had on the lot, Ralph listened when I said I just couldn't do a white car, but liked the performance of the Hybrid ES. He immediately let me know he would be happy to see what he could get in a different color or package from another dealer. He was quick to point out that it would be trailered in to keep the miles off the new car. He also listened while I pointed out features on the ES that I liked but weren't on the model they had found. In the end, Ralph helped me get the features, the colors (exterior and interior), and was a real pro in how he handled the sale. Ralph was never pushy but quick to send gentle reminders that he was ready to help. Great job Ralph and thanks for making this a great total car buying experience. I love my new car! More
