I have been a part of the Auto Repair business for over 43 years...owning my own shop for 38 of those years. I enjoy what I do so much that an early retirement just wasn't for me. I love working with people so assisting them in getting back on the road safe gives me a great sense of achievement! In my free time I enjoy riding my Harley and spending time with my wife and 2 daughters.

Missing the Mark on Customer Service I was given a hybrid vehicle as a loaner. When the vehicle was explained to me I was told it was going to run on battery and that the gas was the bac I was given a hybrid vehicle as a loaner. When the vehicle was explained to me I was told it was going to run on battery and that the gas was the back-up. The service person told me that normally they ask the customer to put the gas back in the tank they used, but told me I wouldn't have to because it was going to run on the battery. I asked many questions as I had not driven a vehicle like this before. On my way to work the next morning the first thing that happened was the low fuel light came on. Remembering what the service person told me I didn't feel concerned at first as it was supposed to be running on the battery and not on gas. When I couldn't stomach it any further I called the dealership and the person I talked to said oh my god you need to put gas in that vehicle. OK, really? I told him what was told me when I picked it up and he said I don't know why someone would say that. Well, they did. I asked him why they gave me a vehicle that was on empty when it relied on using gas. He told me that I need to understand how busy they are and that they don't have time to check. I guess they don't have time to give the right instructions either. I will not go back. More

Family's 3rd Ford Certified PreOwned Car Purchase in 2 Years We contacted Bill when we needed to add another car for our daughter in college. We added the bumper to bumper warranty as we typically keep cars past the 100K miles. John quickly got financing at the lower rate and Chelsea finalized the paperwork on Thursday night. Delivering our other Ford to our daughter in college this weekend; which we bought with bumper-to-bumper warranty covered by Ford Dealer @ her location in Minnesota. More

Left standing on oxygen because guy on phone personal bus. Stopped at Grinwald to get a rear turn signal replaced. Im on oxygen, so I cant afford to be unnecessarily delayed. I was told to go inside quick service, and they would help me. I walked up to the counter where a Ford employee was on the phone, discussing his own private personal business. Something about his trailer, etc. He went on & on, and on while I was leaning on the counter for support. Fearing I wouldnt have enough oxygen to get home, I left. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Ever. Very unprofessional. More
