Thank you to Ralph Sorrentino for setting this right // ORIGINAL REVIEW: This dealership (and GM as a whole) cares NOTHING about its customers. I purchased a 2018 Tahoe LT BRAND NEW from Jim Ellis and I have had nothing but problems. First I had to replace the A/C Condenser Coil which cost me $1,000 because my VIN just happened to NOT be included in the group of VINs that were covered under warranty for this. Next, I had to replace an engine coil, plug wire, and plug due to "Cylinder 1 Misfiring." This cost me $400! Please explain to me how a BRAND NEW VEHICLE with 50,000 miles needs these types of repairs. I fear that the only option I have is to sell this car and go purchase a Lexus or Toyota because it is clear that General Motors does not put quality control in high regard when building their vehicles these days. It really is sad. More
