The service Dept has always been professional in response to the appt. And the service writer is will always follow up with the progress of the service of car. They also giving ample time to get to the deale to the appt. And the service writer is will always follow up with the progress of the service of car. They also giving ample time to get to the dealership to pickup my car hence reducing the stress of running to accommodate there schedule rather than mine. For Tia I think the logistic of the service department toward the client is excellence and very understanding. Even when returning my loaner vehicle the attendant goes over the car to see that I haven’t left any personal items in car and then walks with me to receptionist to go get my car and he brings it to me , this continually of one person to follow this process is really a great way of reducing unnecessary stress and a reassurance to me . It may sound that it is not important but it a nice to know and identified the same person from the dropping off the loaner to picking up your car is the same person it is truly a anxiety reliever. More
