I purchased my GR Supra, manual transmission in December 2022. I received an allocation and VIN but needed to wait for the car to be built and delivered. My salesman Pablo, Sales Manager Adrian and finance manager Juan were very helpful and nice to work with. Anytime I needed update on the delivery status, Pablo would give me an update.
After patiently waiting, I got a call from Pablo that the car would be delivered and ready for pick up next day. I gave Pablo instructions not to wash the car since it was going to my detailer AeroWerkz for full paint protection film installation. I finally picked up my Supra in March 2023. Pablo again was good to work with, the car was untouched just like I asked.
About a month later, there was an issue that I brought to their attention. Thanks to Marisela, the issue was quickly resolved and I was not only satisfied with the outcome but very impressed with the effort, communication and understanding shown by Marisela and Claremont Toyota.
Despite this issue, I would recommend Claremont Toyota to anyone to consider buying a vehicle from. The after sale guest support is just as important as the buying process and guest satisfaction really is important here.
