Every 3 years I lease at Herb Chambers Kia i Burlington. The main reason I go there is because of my salesman Ramon! He takes excellent care of me when I need to lease again. Every time I do, I find the car I want right on the lot. He makes sure I get the best deal around. No hounding me or following me around. He lets me make my own decisions but points mei in the right direction. I was even able to drive my new car right off the lot that day. Ramon alan. so worked well with my car insurance agent, Bret, and I was able to save quite a bit off money on my policy! Thanks Ramon for everything! We have leased 4 vehicles through Ramon and he is awesome. We love working with him and a few bumps in the road this past time were smoothed out with polite conversation and compromise on both sides. awesome. Ramon is extremely knowledgeable and is ready and willing to answer any questions and take the time to make sure you understand the workings of your new vehicle and the process fully without any pressure. We have also worked with Carlos for the past 4 vehicles and prefer working with him than anyone else when it comes to figures. Ramon and Carlos are a good combo to reach customer's needs and budget's. My Wife and I as well as our Daughter have been loyal customer's to Herb Chambers Kia and hope to continue this relationship in the future. To us loyalty means alot and it also works both ways as a consumer you want to be taken care of and in return take care of who takes care of you and that's how we view this relationship with Ramon and Carlos. More

Not your ordinary dealership. Thoughtful to my needs without pressuring me to but something I did not want. Laurel was able to tell me exactly what was available on the lot for new vehicles without hesitation. Ramon was fantastic going through all the features of the vehicle and showed me a few features that I didn’t request but came along with the vehicle. Ramon explained in detail how all these worked (for a simple person). I was impressed by the all the staffs friendly demeanor. Ramon especially made my experience outstanding. Had Ramone as a sales personBought 'Certified Used Car' Had Ramone as a sales person Bought 'Certified Used Car' 2018 Optima, for $17,998, 18k miles, 7Oct21 Tires rotated by independent mechanic on 11Nov2 Had Ramone as a sales person Bought 'Certified Used Car' 2018 Optima, for $17,998, 18k miles, 7Oct21 Tires rotated by independent mechanic on 11Nov2021, 19k miles (Stoneham Gulf, Stoneham, MA.) I was Informed by the independent mechanic that the vehicle needed front and rear brakes as well as two new tires, one of which would not pass their state inspection. Spoke with Ramone and after him checking with his sales manager, he indicated that nothing would be done to repair these safety issues free of charge. Beware of any used cars from this dealership, particularly "Certified Used Cars" since they don't stand behind them. At least bring it to an independent mechanic BEFORE giving them a dime. In the end I was happy with my experience but it was a real mixed bag getting there. Tons of delays, miscommunications and cooling my heals in their waiting area for hours.
