Thank you, Stingray Chevrolet for such a great service! With the assistance of Stingray Chevrolet, my car purchase experience—already one of the best ever—became even more enjoyable. I have waited for With the assistance of Stingray Chevrolet, my car purchase experience—already one of the best ever—became even more enjoyable. I have waited for my car for a year and nine months now (a total of 21 months). Why did I wait so long? To begin with, I did some research before making this particular purchase and ultimately chose Stingray Chevrolet because of its reputation, reliable rating information, and vehicle allocations for the particular car. I did make a call to the sales department and begin my research into the vehicle. Ramona Bianco provided me with all the information I needed and explained the procedure, deposit, waiting period, and transition following the submission of the request. After I finally paid the deposit for what I wanted, Ramona committed to updating me each month on the order's status and any changes that had happened (which she actually did). I was informed repeatedly that other cars were available, but I insisted on the vehicle I had requested, and Ramona respected my decision by telling me, "It is ok, hun, I thought I asked anyways". Throughout the entire 21-month waiting period, she provided amazing service. When Ramona called me once more that day to let me know the order was prepared, I complied with all the requirements and waited the two weeks (which were part of the 21) for the notification that it was ready for pickup. Shannon Smith calls at this point to tell me that the car is ready and that all I have to do to take possession of it is sign a few papers and drive away. When I arrived at the airport, they sent a driver to pick us up (we were coming from Texas) and take us to Stingray Chevrolet for final processing. Shannon greeted us and showed me my car before we went to sign everything I needed. Elizabeth Ruppert assisted us with the final car setup and instructions on how to use certain features. Overall, I've received nothing but positive feedback from everyone we've worked with. They were all very professional, kind, and had outstanding customer service skills; they were all very respectful and good listeners to any questions my wife and I had. The transition was quick and easy. I wholeheartedly recommend Stingray Chevrolet to anyone looking to buy a car. Thank you very much for your service! I honor you! More
