I would like to commend Blaine and Ramsey on outstanding service and professionalism. i have purchased many vehicles in the past and this was the best experience we had. I called Blaine after I visited Universal Toyota and provided him the information and said "Come on over and I will beat that price and I will not let you down" I explained that it better be because I was in Converse by 1604 and he still responded that he could do us good. When my wife and I arrived Blaine already had the numbers we wanted and got us the vehicle we wanted. The vehicle that we selected was told to us that the additional accessories were not available at Universal Toyota and Blaine made it happened. Blaine in my opinion is an assest to that organization. Blane Waddell is the only salesman that I would go to, not because he is the only good one, but because I feel he is a great one, in all aspects of dealing with the people that come to North Park. He is very willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are completely satisfied with what you are getting. Believe me when I say that there are a heck of a lot of good people at North Park. Blane is one of the great ones. I will surely tell everyone I know which place to go and whom to ask for when they get there. THIS IS THE NICEST AUTO DEALER I HAVE EVER BEEN TO, VERY CLEAN, VERY NICE, ALL THE PEOPLE ARE VERY NICE AND POLITE. THE ONLY PROBLEM I COULD SEE IS THERE WAS NO BUTTON TO OPEN THE DOORS FOR PEOPLE IN WHEEL CLEAN, VERY NICE, ALL THE PEOPLE ARE VERY NICE AND POLITE.
