Rancier Matos made my car buying a positive experience! I knew I was looking for a used Civic and was ready to buy when I arrived at Herb Chambers. However, car buying is still a big deal and I wanted to b I knew I was looking for a used Civic and was ready to buy when I arrived at Herb Chambers. However, car buying is still a big deal and I wanted to be smart decision. Rancier was a good listener, patient and friendly. I did not feel pressured and Rancier kept track of my likes and dislikes about different vehicles and we kept within my price range. Inventory was good so we looked at several vehicles. We took at least 3 drives before I made my final decision. I would definitely refer friends and family to Herb Chambers and have them ask for Rancier! More

Best place to buy a car. Customer service was amazing here! My mom and I wanted a 2013 or 2014 Hyundai car. We went to Hyundai pride thinking it was a good place to buy a car. We had such a bad experience becau My mom and I wanted a 2013 or 2014 Hyundai car. We went to Hyundai pride thinking it was a good place to buy a car. We had such a bad experience because the dealer said a car was a certain amount and after we spent 2 hours there filling out the loan information he told us the car was 7,000 more than what he said. We left there really upset he was really pushy and we felt like he mislead us. We went to Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk. Both of my roommates just got cars from there and they had a great experience. Rancier was the first person to greet us. He said, "if he could help us with anything or test drive anything to let him know." We test drove two cars and by the second car I found exactly what I wanted. It was a 2013 Hyundai Elantra and it was in our price range. Rancier was so nice and he was never pushy. I am so glad the price on the car was the actual price. All of the employee's that we saw or talked to were all so friendly. I could tell that the employee's were trying to help the customers the best they could. I would recommend this place because they have excellent customer service. Also, there cars are in great conditions and the warranties are worth it. More

Worst car buying experience I have ever had I purchased a 2004 crv that I never got to drive off the lot because they did not look at the car before having me sign paper work. They went ahead re I purchased a 2004 crv that I never got to drive off the lot because they did not look at the car before having me sign paper work. They went ahead registered the car leaving me with no car to get work. It has been 2 months and still waiting on the rest of my refund. So unless you have time and money to waste do not but a car from them. More
