Terrible experience. The service was unprofessional and communication was lacking throughout the entire process. On top of that, they charged a hefty “reconditioning fee” The service was unprofessional and communication was lacking throughout the entire process. On top of that, they charged a hefty “reconditioning fee” for work that was clearly never done — the vehicle still had obvious issues that should have been addressed. Feels like a scam. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Very disappointed with this dealership. As soon as I brought the vehicle home, I had to replace the oil, fuel filter, air filter, and tires — all basic maintenance that should’ve been done before selling the vehicle. Yet, they still charged a steep “reconditioning fee” for work that clearly wasn’t performed. Total lack of transparency and care. I wouldn’t trust them again and don’t recommend anyone else does either. More
