After many unresolved service issue after a recall I had contacted the Toyota engagement center which was working for months to resolve the issue that the service department did fix a one point but the fix contacted the Toyota engagement center which was working for months to resolve the issue that the service department did fix a one point but the fix was very short lived. I went to see the general manager Randy who was truly concerned about the issue with his service department. My issue was with the mechanics by adviser Al tried his very best to get to the bottom of the issue but to no avail and he was very pleasant and helpful but once past him all went downhill. So after I left service I went to see the dealership General manager Randy who set me up with Carlos Fumana. Between the both of the they went above expectations to resolve my issue by putting me in a newer 2022 from 2019 rav4. I would recommend working with Carlos from sales and Al as a service advisor. More

I was having difficulty finding a dealership that wasn't marking up the price of their vehicles by 15% or more due to COVID/Supply Chain Issues/ Available Supply of Cars. Westbury Toyota was the only dealer marking up the price of their vehicles by 15% or more due to COVID/Supply Chain Issues/ Available Supply of Cars. Westbury Toyota was the only dealership who didn't want to gauge me on the price because it was a seller's market. General Manager Randy Abreu agreed to sell me the truck I wanted for a fair price and helped me order the truck I wanted since they didn't have it in stock. Sales Consultant Carlos Umana took care of my needs (constant text messages or calls about status) and took me through delivery. Finance Manager Yanira Martinez answered all my questions when it came time to sign for the truck and did not pressure me into buying the extras like other dealerships do. She explained my options and let me choose. All in all a great experience with Westbury Toyota. I will be doing all my car buying with them in the future. More

My Westbury Toyota dealership has been superb in their assistance with first leasing my 2017, and then my 2019 Highlander, and now with buying out my 2019 Highlander at the end of my lease. This team is outstanding in their product knowledge, customer service and attention. Most every staff member passing you in the showroom in this dealership says hello with a smile and often offers a coffee and ensures your comfort and total service. Everyone there is receptive to a clients' concerns and questions and cares for their customers and potential customers with respect and consideration.
