Hello, My name is Randy Chin. I have been with INFINITI of Naperville for over 20 years starting back when the store was located in Lisle. I have been in the automotive industry for a total of 30 years all of them with INFINITI and/or Nissan. My primary role at INFINITI of Naperville is being a Sales Rep but I also handle New vehicle inventory ordering and acquisition. I take great pride in maintaining this aspect of our business. I grew up in the Elgin/Dundee area and now live in Aurora which is only a few miles from the dealership. I am an avid sports fan and really enjoy watching the Chicago Blackhawks in my spare time.

Horrible!!! This review has been a long time coming. My husband and I were in the market for a used or certified Infiniti G37. The dealership in general has horri This review has been a long time coming. My husband and I were in the market for a used or certified Infiniti G37. The dealership in general has horrible business practices but Randy the salesman was extremely rude and unprofessional. My husband is retired US Navy so we came in with our own financing from his credit union. He tried multiple times to get us to finance with one of their "partners" and wasnt interested that we had a check with us. He wasnt interested in selling us anything but a used Infiniti that had severe hood damage. He even suggested that we use a credit card and pay them to buff out the damage. I will never ever recommend this dealership. We ended up going to Berman Infiniti downtown Chicago and purchased a new QX60! More

No pressure friendly service from start to finish! Randy was a very informed salesman and showed me all of the Q60 features that made me fall in love with the vehicle. Great experience! Was in and out with a trade-in and a CPO Infiniti QX70 within 3 hours! Unheard of.
