Frustration at first but yet satisfied “ Exceeds Expectations! ” I went in expecting to purchase a used vehicle. I didn't even want to consider a new vehicle thinking it was out of my pr “ Exceeds Expectations! ” I went in expecting to purchase a used vehicle. I didn't even want to consider a new vehicle thinking it was out of my price range. Randy took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy. I ended up getting a brand new car that I LOVE and can afford. He even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly as far as finance,cars features etc. I highly recommend Baychester Chrysler. It was worth the couple of hours being there. More

Terrible service and sale of malfunctioned vehicle I left this dealership with a jeep that needed significant repairs without my knowledge. I have sent several emails about this issue and have yet to r I left this dealership with a jeep that needed significant repairs without my knowledge. I have sent several emails about this issue and have yet to receive a response from either Randy or Bobbi. This inconvenience left me having to do the repairs myself and costing me an additional $300. I deeply regret using this dealership and will not recommend to anyone. More
