Learning that I had two nephews in the business (Ford also in western NY) I became, and was treated like their uncle. Tristian recommended we work with Randy Getchy on getting into a replacement car. We told Randy we were interested in the Fusion and the Escape and he showed us many of them. We got to test drive an extremely nice Fusion with many upgrades and we fell in love with it. We got a great price on it and he treated us like family. He even gave us $1,500 towards our car that had died which we were so grateful for. It was a smooth and simple process and we were in and out of the dealership in under two hours. I highly recommend both Tristian and Randy for service and sales. We're in a nice, reliable car and I love all the features. Usually before I can even get out of my car I’m being swarmed by a pack of salesman. It was a total 180 at MCF. The staff were very laid back and did not put any pressure on me. My salesman, Randy Getchey, made the whole process extremely easy. When I decided to pull the trigger and get my truck it was almost closing time. Randy had left for the day but turned around to make sure I got everything taken care of properly. Truly going above and beyond. During the financing process I jokingly asked to put my name in a drawing for a tv. Normally it’s only for customers who purchase brand new vehicles and mine was a used one but I figured it couldn’t hurt to ask. The finance manager Serj went and asked the GM if I could be entered into the drawing. 5 minutes later Ed walked up and handed me a 40” flat screen. Talk about putting a cherry on top of the Sunday!! I can’t say enough how nice it was doing business with them. They gave me an amazing deal on my truck and the whole process was very simple and easy. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a quality vehicle. More
