While the service itself was fine and the service personnel were friendly and professional, there was a considerable amount of miscommunication resulting in an added cost to me. Due to overnight service a rental was arranged to be ready on drop off. Whoever was responsible for making the reservation failed to do so and I had to return in the evening for the drop off. Since it was later in the afternoon the agent was working with earlier was out. Somehow he never knew I dropped off the car until the next day which added another day to rental cost. This was a bit frustrating. More
