This is our 2nd Lexus and we like the fact that you never feel any pressure to lease/purchase a vehicle. Sales personnel are fully knowledgeable of all the vehicles and what options are offered. We have dealt with Randy Nichols on both occasions and any questions or concerns we might have we know that we can rely on a quick response. Once you've made the decision on your vehicle it's on to the financial department and Steve Kritikos explains all options without any double talk. Great, Robert in service department has managed our car service for several years. He always goes above and beyond. I asked if possible to have valet pick up/ return? I am recent widow and 83 yrs old. RObert took care of everything and I greatly appreciated his help..
