I have had the car serviced at Treasure Coast Lexus and am very pleased with the service department. This was our first encounter with the sales department and it left much to be desired. My husband had been in touch with our salesperson, Randy and it seemed like it should have been a simple transaction to just buy the car we had been driving for three years. It was not. We had the car inspected and warranted under the Lexus program, which entailed dropping off the car at 9AM, using a loaner while they performed the inspection and then returning later in the day to pick the car up and pay the outstanding balance. Why the paperwork wasn’t done before we returned with the loaner,, I don’t understand. It took a total of two hours after we returned to the dealership to finalize the paperwork. It shouldn’t be that hard to buy a car! More
