Just bought my second Hyundai from Randy. It was a perfect experience. He understood exactly what I was looking for in trading in an SUV for a smaller sedan and spent as long as was necessary to help perfect experience. I was in the market for a new car because my needs in an auto has changed. I have several friends that have bought Hyundai's and was very satisfied. I researched all the available vehicles in the USA. Our last two primary vehicles have been BMW 750 LI's. We had a very positive experience with both. After considerable time spent looking at alternatives, we felt the Hyundai Equus was the best buy of all luxury vehicles in the country. The dealership, Randy Selph, brought the vehicle to our residence for consideration. We drove it and felt it was a car we should consider. The dealership was fair in their offer for our car and fair regarding the final price on the Equus we purchased. The car was delivered by Mr. Selph yesterday, Saturday, and all the paperwork was finalized quickly. He took the time to explain the details of the car at our home. We have purchased numerous vehicles over the years and this was the most pleasant transactions we have ever experienced. The concierge program is outstanding--much above anything we ever experienced with BMW. We are very pleased we shopped at Hyundai of St. Augustine and that Randy Selph was their representative. More

Friendly dealership, no hard sales approach. They gave us the information we needed and when we wanted to leave to discuss it their was no pressure to stay and work it out now. We drove 50 miles to the deale the information we needed and when we wanted to leave to discuss it their was no pressure to stay and work it out now. We drove 50 miles to the dealership even though we could have driven 15 miles to a closer one, we did this because of customer service as both dealerships had good pricing. I would go back for my next car! More

After dealing with Orange park and Key (who were closer) I tried Saint Augustine Hyundai via the internet. It was the 31st of July and had seen a competitors add. The dealing with OP was terrible, all the stereo typical salesman stuff, way too pushy. I spoke to Randy at Saint Augustine and explained to him what I wanted (i picked the car online from their inventory). I gave him my trade in information. There were good incentives that expired on the same day. I told him if he cam back with a good deal I would take the car today. He called back/emailed me his offer in 30 minutes. I took the offer, and I was surprised at the dealership that NOTHING had changed. I had come in at 7pm and was out the door with a new car at 8:15. Randy was really helpful and was bending over backwards to make sure he explained all about the car and the dealership. He told me bout the car not coming with a spare and the other pros and cons. I appreciate the fact the he did not try to hide anything and everything waiting for me when I got to the dealership. The finance guy (Joey) had the typical ad on speech. I told him i have not had a car longer then 3 years and have never needed warranty work or extended services. He was good at accepting that and did not do the hard sell. He said He had to offer it and understood I was not interested. All in all a very good experience. BTW before I got to the dealer OP had their sales manager call me. I told him the deal i was offered by Saint Augustine and said they would beat it by $100. I told him even if he beat it by $500 i was not interested in dealing with them! More

On Tues 6/25/13 I was in St. Augustine for some recall work on my Toyota Corolla. While the service was being done I was checking out the new vehicles and was approached by a salesman who was very pushy. work on my Toyota Corolla. While the service was being done I was checking out the new vehicles and was approached by a salesman who was very pushy. I left there regretting that I even looked a for a new car there. Across the street from the Toyota dealer was the Hyundai dealer where my sister bought her new Elantra. She had given me the card for the salesman that she saw and highly recommended the dealership. Wow, she was right! I went in and asked for her salesman who was busy with 2 customers but instead of asking me to wait ,he introduced me to Daryll. I mentioned a Elantra Touring I had seen when driving recently. Daryll told me that particular car had been discontinued but was replaced by the Elantra GT. He showed me the car and I took a test drive. Well, it was love at first sight and I decided to look into leasing. The process was simple and easy and I left feeling I had accomplished my goal. They didn't have the color I wanted but said they could get it. I will be picking up the car soon. What a refreshing way to buy a new car. I didn't feel pressured in any way and could have left to think about it if I wanted too. Bravo Hyundai of St. Augustine. Carol Ann Kelly More
